INDUSTRY SEGMENT: Medical Devices
DESCRIPTION: Our client, a multinational manufacturer of Medical Surgical devices, equipment and technology solutions requires a Bilingual Marketing Manager, based in the GTA, to develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives for a key product franchise that will positively influence market growth, profitability and positioning throughout Canada.
As a member of the marketing team reporting to the General Manager, you will have an excellent opportunity to share in the strategic direction of the organization. You will develop bilingual marketing plans, budgets, internal/external stakeholder programs, market research and metrics and advertising and media programs. You will also provide input to and oversee the RFP process and submissions.
REQUIREMENTS FOR MARKETING MANAGER:
In addition to your Degree, English/French Bilingualism (verbal, written) we require the following:
Proven marketing experience dealing with Canadian Hospitals and their purchasing processes
An Associate Market or Product Manager will be considered providing they have medical device experience
Experience working in a matrixed environment
Advanced level of expertise with MSO applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Medical/Surgical Device sales experience is preferred
