Our client, one of the leading health care companies based in Zug, is now looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience with Digital Marketing (B2C, B2B), Web sites (Drupal-CMS, PHP, Java/HTML, Flash), Search Engine Optimization and integration/web services.
This is a contracting role based in Zug and planned to start beginning of April until end of 2018!

The Business Analyst role for website enhancements sits within the Global Diabetes Care Digital IT organisation reporting to the Diabetes Care Companies (DCC) Global IT Manager.
The primary BA role is to partner with the DCC Global & Local Marketing Managers, Customer Care and IT teams to capture, document and prioritise digital requirements for new website launches and enhancements made to the ONETOUCH® websites globally (North America, EMEA, LatAm and AsiaPac).
Requirements must include business/functional requirements on the website as well as technical requirements for data mapping into the global DCC database, Salesforce.com. The BA will coordinate with Solution Architects for complex enhancements.
The BA role will have responsibility for the deployment of the Digital IT global enhancement management tools and processes, adjusted to meet DCC needs as required.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Management of multiple active projects involving multiple technical domains.
Provides technical expertise in reviewing digital project assets and benchmarking timescales for delivery
Reviews and documents business requirements in a way that effectively captures the business needs and conveys understanding to technical staff.
Understand the DCC business model.
Leverages knowledge across IT teams to get alignment on overall strategy.
Coordinates efforts between business partners to deliver results per business expectations
Preference for proven experience in digital technologies; Saleforce.com, Drupal/PHP websites, HTML, CMS, integration services, Web analytics & SEO
Good knowledge of application strengths
Well versed in all policies and EU regulations related to Digital technologies and communication.
An in-depth Knowledge of technologies related to Digital Marketing (B2C, B2B), Web sites (Drupal-CMS, PHP, Java/HTML, Flash), Search Engine Optimization, and integration/web services.
Experienced in web application development project using Agile.
Enthusiastic with strong project management and Drupal implementation skills and objective oriented focus.
Strong understanding of Project Life Cycle Methodology. PMP Certification is an asset
Effectively use MS Share Point, Project, Visio, Powerpoint for communication and managing resources
Understanding of tools and strategies required for web analytics such as Google analytics.
Nice to haves:
Knowledge of technologies related to Customer Relationship Management complaint management, order fulfilment, Email Marketing.
Ability to be calm and deliver under pressure to a very demanding global organization.
A sense of urgency and an eye for detail ensuring top quality outcomes.
Extremely comfortable with rapid change and diverse opinions.
